What would be the signs within their business, the symptoms within their business that suggests that maybe they should consider fractional workers, 31:01 You bet, you bet, probably the number one sign is there has been no new thinking, we've been repeating you know, our not our, our performance numbers haven't moved to the degree either we our investors hope the, if they're using a tool like traction, that moment, in 90 days, or three months, or a year or three years, we're not getting any closer. And in fact, many times it feels like we're moving away from that, that all tells you we need some frustrating thinking in here we are stuck. And that's a hard thing for businesses to do. They had it's a very vulnerable place, you know, you're there, you're a leader you built this business, or you've been brought in to really help it grow and you're stuck. That's when you need fresh thinking and fractional are great for that. Because it's low cost, massive amount of wisdom injected very quickly. And obviously, that helps you move towards those things that you wrote down on a piece of paper sometimes said, we have to get to that distant spot. And we're not getting there. So we need something new in here. So that's a very large indicator to bring in fractional whatever it is. Ops it finance, a lot of people think you're bringing in a very discipline, when they think about fractional, you're bringing in somebody who's got like the specific discipline like me, I'm marketing, like, John's gonna come in my secret power storytelling, and I know marketing, and that that's true. There's others are going to come in who have that same superpower, but it's in finance, or it's an IT. What comes with that. Is there 1015 2030 years of failures and successes, and network and intelligence. Yeah, the discipline you're bringing in is one thing, but the other half of what that business experience those people have massively valuable to every business and that to your point earlier. If you've been in place for too long, you just don't have those in your arsenal. You know, if you if you've been working at the same company for 30 years, there's a lot of things that you do not have that are extremely valuable right now, outside viewpoint, outside intelligence outside people being being some of the some of you.
